Poster Guidelines
We want to ensure that your poster stands out and effectively communicates your research to the management conferences attendees. Here's everything you need to know:
Design for Readability and Visual Appeal:
When creating your poster, it's important to prioritize readability and visual appeal. Make sure your content is easy to read, and consider incorporating visuals or charts to enhance the visual appeal and engagement of your poster.
Organize Your Poster:
Allocate the top section of your poster for the title of your research and the names and affiliations of all authors. This helps attendees quickly identify your work and the individuals behind it. Remember that attendees may have limited time to read your poster, so make sure your key points and findings are easily accessible and well-organized.
Poster Size:
We require all posters to be in A1 international paper size. This ensures consistency and allows for easy display on the poster boards. Please ensure that your poster adheres to this size limitation.
Poster Materia:
Avoid using foam core or any thick or multi-layered materials that may not fit well on the boards. Additionally, please refrain from using pushpins directly on the poster boards to prevent any damage. Please ensure that the material used for your poster allows for easy posting on the boards.
Based on Your Accepted Abstract:
Remember that your poster should be based on the abstract that was accepted by the Scientific Committee. This ensures that your poster aligns with the research you initially submitted. Please make sure that your poster accurately represents the content of your accepted abstract.
Bring Your Poster:
Lastly, don't forget to bring your poster with you to the conference. We will help you to set up your poster at the venue and showcase your research effectively.
